For prime wedding dates (Fridays - Sundays, May though November), We require a minimum of five services per category (hair or makeup) to reserve the date. This ensures we can dedicate the day to you exclusively.

Absolutely. We travel across New York State and beyond. Travel fees vary based on location from The Elevated Studios located at 2017 Milton Ave. Solvay, Ny 13209. Some weddings require special accommodations - like early morning start times, travel beyond the local area, or holiday weekend bookings. If any of these apply to your date, we’ll let you know in advance and include them in your proposal.

For destination weddings, custom packages are created to include travel and lodging, ensuring seamless luxury service wherever your day takes place.

We build a detailed schedule tailored to your timeline and photo needs. Most wedding mornings begin between 6–8 AM, depending on party size, ceremony time, and venue prep windows.

Yes—bridal previews are available at our studio and are highly recommended. We suggest scheduling your trial 2–4 months before your wedding so we can get to know one another and lock in your final vision with time for any adjustments.

The best results begin with the right prep. We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair - washed the night before or morning of, with no heavy oils or leave-in products. Avoid flat-ironing or curling your hair ahead of time; we’ll craft your style from a fresh canvas.

For skin, your face should be cleansed and moisturized, but free of SPF, oils, or makeup. SPF can cause flashback in photography and affect how your makeup sets. If you’re using a new skincare routine or planning a facial, please do so at least two weeks prior to avoid last-minute reactions.

Ultimately, your prep sets the tone - and we’re here to handle the rest. When your hair and skin are ready, all you need to do is sit back, breathe deep, and let us elevate you.

Yes! We offer touch-up and “Stay On Location” options by the hour, so you can have us close by through photos, pre-ceremony moments, or even look changes.

You can, though the five-service minimum still applies to hold your date exclusively. Many of our solo brides simply book a luxury experience for themselves (hair, makeup, touch-ups) or invite loved ones to join later.

We understand things come up. However, once services are confirmed and your contract is signed, we reserve time, staff, and product exclusively for your group. Canceled services are still charged if they fall within the no-refund window outlined in your contract.

We use high-end, luxury products that are carefully curated for performance, longevity, and skin safety—including options that are ideal for sensitive skin. We’ll tailor everything to you during your preview.

Yes—we specialize in destination bridal beauty. A custom package will be created based on location, duration, and services needed. A retainer, travel coverage, and signed agreement secure your destination date.

We recommend booking as early as possible—most brides secure their date 9–15 months in advance, especially for peak season. Our calendar fills quickly, and we only take one wedding per artist per day to give you our full attention.

Absolutely. We’re proud to celebrate all love stories—no exceptions, no assumptions. Whether you’re the bride, the groom, or somewhere beautifully in between, your day matters deeply to us. Our team creates a safe, inclusive experience from the first inquiry to the final touch-up. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and stunning.

To ensure your morning runs as flawlessly as the rest of your day, we require your final service count 12 weeks before your wedding. This allows us to reserve the appropriate number of artists and craft a schedule tailored to your experience. At that point, your invoice will reflect the confirmed number of services and cannot be reduced. If timing allows, we’re happy to accommodate additional services—but availability is never guaranteed.

If anyone is undecided, we recommend leaving them off the final count. That way, you’re not financially responsible for services they may not use. If they decide to join later, we’re happy to accommodate—as long as our schedule allows. Availability for last-minute additions is never guaranteed, so the sooner we know, the better we can plan.

Your final balance is due 7 days before your wedding day. If your bridal party is covering their own services, we recommend collecting those funds ahead of time to keep the morning relaxed and seamless. We do not accept individual payments.

For destination weddings or bookings requiring travel, airfare and lodging costs will be invoiced separately once confirmed, and may be due earlier to secure arrangements.

Your personalized beauty timeline and final invoice will be sent four weeks before your wedding date, based on your confirmed services. This gives us time to finesse every detail and ensure your morning runs smoothly—with no surprises, just stunning results.

If your wedding is canceled within 90 days (3 months) of your scheduled date, the full invoice balance will still be due. Your beauty team and date have been reserved exclusively for you, and at that point, we’ve turned away other clients to protect your experience.

If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to explore alternate dates based on our availability. A new agreement may be required, and any updated travel fees or rate changes will be reflected in your revised invoice.

Each artist on our team works with intention and precision to create a polished, relaxed experience.

For hair:

Our lead stylist typically spends 60 to 90 minutes with the bride, depending on the style. For glamour waves or more intricate styles, please plan for up to 2 hours. Bridal party hair services are booked in 45-minute windows per person.

For makeup:

Our lead makeup artist allocates 45 to 60 minutes for the bride and 45 minutes per person for the rest of the party.

Your full beauty timeline will be sent four weeks before the wedding to ensure every detail runs seamlessly.

We recommend clip-in extensions for styles that require added fullness or hold - like signature waves or intricate updos. If needed, we’ll guide you in selecting the perfect set to blend seamlessly with your look.

For makeup, we suggest purchasing the lip product we use during your trial so you have it on hand for touch-ups throughout the evening. It’s a simple way to stay picture-perfect well into the night.

As for accessories - whether you’re envisioning a sleek pin, a sculptural veil, or something bold - we’re always happy to help you source a piece that completes your vision beautifully.
